We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer on a day-rate contract basis.This role will focus on designing, implementing, and enhancing identity security controls across our cloud and enterprise environments, ensuring strong governance and secure access to critical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.Manage and optimise Microsoft Entra / Azure AD identity services, including authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls to secure privileged accounts and administrative access.Support and enhance Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities including access reviews, lifecycle management, and entitlement governance.Develop and enforce identity security policies, standards, and best practices.Integrate identity security controls with applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.Monitor identity-related risks and implement improvements to strengthen the organisation’s identity security posture.Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to embed identity security into new and existing platforms.Required ExperienceProven experience as a Senior Identity Security Engineer or similar role.Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including access lifecycle management and governance controls.Strong understanding of authentication, federation, and identity security best practices.For more information on this role please apply within with updated CV.
