Realtime Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated QA Test Framework Architect on behalf of a rapidly growing technology company.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive test framework strategy in collaboration with QA and development teams.
Own the QA development artifacts (e.g., test code repository) and ensure best practices are upheld.
Drive the technical roadmap for QA test frameworks, aligning with business and product needs.
Track test framework activities, including schedules, resources, requirements, and defect resolution.
Enhance test framework coverage methodologies and propose improvements.
Ensure quality assurance of test frameworks across private and public cloud infrastructure.
Design and develop test frameworks for integration, regression, stress tests, and automation suites.
Apply expertise in Web/UI testing tools such as Playwright.
Identify performance bottlenecks and build automation tools for scalability testing.
Required Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years of experience in embedded software within industries (data centres, networking, security, cloud services, or automotive) Strong expertise in test framework design, development, and maintenance.
Strong experience in Python is a must along with at least one of the following: C++, Java, Java Script, Go, or.
NET Strong Knowledge of Linux command line, shell scripting, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) is advantageous.
Strong understanding of test methodologies, software development processes, and automation tools (Playwright, Py Test, Behave, Postman).
Experience with relational and No SQL databases, client-server architectures, and tools like JIRA and Jenkins.
Passion for quality assurance and testing in software engineering.
