Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage your own audit engagements, from planning to completion Prepare audit work papers and financial statements Provide general accounting services and accounts preparation Support corporate tax compliance and advisory projects Supervise and mentor trainees Advise clients on strategic, financial, and operational matters Maintain high technical and professional standards Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified with an honours degree 1+ years post-qualification external audit experience Knowledge of Irish & US GAAP, IFRS, and experience with international clients Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills ProSource is a specialist recruitment company providing Finance recruitment solutions across Ireland.
