We are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit a Newly/Part Qualified Accountant for the Limerick city office. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of accounting and advisory work, supporting clients across SME and agri sectors while building strong technical and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and companies
Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts on a regular basis
Support the completion of tax computations and returns
Generate VAT returns and perform bank reconciliations
Work closely with clients to address queries and provide support
Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service

Requirements
Recently qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA), or currently studying
Experience working in a public practice environment
Strong attention to detail and technical accounting knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
