Senior R&D Engineer Opportunity
* Contribute to the development of innovative microfluidic products, including flow cytometry and biochip technology.
* Collaborate on research projects, preparing project reports, documentation, and proposals.
* Support existing product lines through quality control, testing, and process improvement.
* Liaise with suppliers to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Assist in verification procedures and protocols for product specifications.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
* 4+ years of experience in designing microfluidics instrumentation or biochip products.
* Familiarity with manufacturing technologies: injection moulding, vacuum casting, rapid prototyping, ultrasonic welding.
* Proficiency in CAD software (Autocad, Solidworks) and simulation tools (Comsol).
* Proven track record of product design and development from concept to production.
* Knowledge of data analysis techniques using Python or neural networks.
