This role will provide strategic and technical guidance across a broad portfolio of commercial products, ensuring manufacturing continuity, regulatory compliance, and ongoing product development. Responsibilities include people management, team leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
* Department Overview: The sustaining engineering function currently comprises 18 team members. The new manager will oversee a team of approximately 9.

Requirements
