Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Management Specialist to manage our accounts, including bank account reconciliations, data entry on cloud accounting platforms, payroll processing and preparation of VAT and Tax returns for review by our management accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure all debts are paid
* Manage bank account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
* Process payroll and prepare VAT and Tax returns
* Perform general office duties, including dealing with phone enquiries and record keeping
Requirements:
* 2 years' experience in accounting
* Proficient in Big Red Cloud or similar accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
