Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance by phone and email to contractors, applicants, and members of the public.
Support technical staff in the field by clarifying inspection findings or system queries.
Process technical reworks and appeals efficiently and accurately.
Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports.
Attend regular team meetings to contribute to ongoing improvements and updates.
Handle and record all customer and contractor interactions with a high level of professionalism.
Essential Requirements: A third-level qualification (or trade qualification) in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to interpret technical information and respond clearly to queries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
Self-motivated with a high level of dependability and initiative.
Ability to manage changing workloads and priorities.
