Job DescriptionThe Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily processing associated with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions. The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer's Offices and Custodian banks.TheExpertiseWe're Looking For1-2 years of relevant Financial Services experienceMandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions processing experience preferableBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceThePurposeof Your RoleThe Global Corporate Actions team is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions processing. This includes Income, Mandatory and Voluntary events. The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily tasks associated with processing Corporate Actions. This includes fulfilling the departments policies associated with corporate actions reporting and data management.
