Job Description
As a Member Services Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members by handling their queries and requests efficiently and effectively. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all interactions with members are friendly, accurate, and timely.
The role involves providing high-level support to members across various channels, including telephone, in-person, email, online, and virtually. You will be responsible for opening new accounts for members, assisting with membership applications, account transactions, loan applications, nominations, and insurance claims.
You will also be responsible for filing membership application forms, loan application forms, and other office documents. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of reports as required and direct members to other credit union personnel when necessary.
