Key responsibilities include driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling, inspiring and guiding team members to maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, performance, and continuous improvement, delivering constructive feedback and managing team performance confidently, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customers receive outstanding service at all times and that any queries or complaints are handled promptly and courteously, taking full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence, including supervising staff, handling cash, and overseeing daily procedures, maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring proper product display and labelling, and supporting regular inventory checks and audits, contributing to staff hiring, onboarding, and development by providing coaching, training, and clear guidance aligned with business expectations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, store policies, and all health and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment, and supporting promotional activity, merchandise execution, and the fulfilment of online orders to enhance the customer shopping experience.
