Hands-On Principal Role Driving Cross-Org Architecture, AI Strategy & Innovation
Are you a Principal/Staff/Lead Engineer ready to take full ownership of architectural direction, technical strategy, and AI-led innovation across an entire organisation?
This global, product-driven company is seeking a hands-on Principal Engineer to shape the next evolution of its news, intelligence, and AI platforms, combining meaningful code contribution with high-level architectural influence and long-term strategic leadership.
In this role, you'll rotate quarterly across three mission-critical product teams, providing you with unmatched visibility and influence across the entire engineering ecosystem.
You'll be the first engineer on new initiatives, set the technical vision, embed AI into product and platform design, and steer the organisation towards scalable, intelligent systems.

What You'll Bring
10+ years' engineering experience with proven org-wide architectural impact
Strong polyglot skillset (Ruby, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or equivalent)
Deep AWS experience and strong Docker/Kubernetes proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
€90,000 – €110,000 + 10% Bonus + Healthcare + Pension + Life Insurance
