Team Lead - Operations Support


About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to oversee the administration team and drive high-quality support across key business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the Admin Team and act as deputy for the Team Manager
* Support the training of new admin staff to ensure consistency and compliance
* Manage office systems, process documents, and maintain accurate records
* Prioritise tasks to optimise team efficiency


Requirements:

* A minimum of GCSE level in maths and English
* At least one year's experience working in a supervisory capacity within a busy administration team
