Executive Recruitment Consultant - (Expert in Software Development, QA, Mobile, Cloud, Product)
We’re looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with strong Java experience to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, highly technical, and has hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of both our UI and API layers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks in Java
* Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI and API testing
* Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual testers to define test strategies and improve automation coverage
* Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving test architecture
* Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
* Monitor automation results and maintain test reliability over time
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Automation QA roles
* Strong experience with Java for test automation
* Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with UI automation (e.g., Selenium, Selenide)
* Solid experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Karate)
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
* Good understanding of software testing principles and Agile methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
* Experience with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments
* Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
* Knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries
