Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Weekend Support Worker.

The successful candidate will be part of a therapeutic team that provides a quality service to clients, assisting them as they progress through our residential service.
As a key member of the team, you will engage with clients, build trusting relationships, and provide support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
* Facility Duties: Ensure the immediate social needs of clients are met, including performing tasks related to the facility.
* Care and Support: Maintain high standards of living, hygiene, health, and safety for clients, supporting them with practical tasks or requested by their keyworker.
* Therapeutic Community: Participate in maintaining the structure of the therapeutic community, engaging clients in activities and promoting a positive environment.
* Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks such as handover reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication within the team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
A valid driving license would be advantageous, but not essential. What's most important is your passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
