Role – FP&A Manager Lead group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPIs.
Partner with business units to drive performance and support decision-making.
Build and maintain financial models, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting efficiency.
The Person2-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
Experience in audit, transaction services or corporate finance / FP&A.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
Strong commercial understanding and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organised, accurate and collaborative.
