Provide administrative support on legal matters, including coordinating signatures, filing and tracking legal documents, and maintaining confidentiality. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other key documents with kindness and respect. Organise and prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents and managing logistical details Record minutes during meetings and diligently follow up on action items, showing drive for timely completion. Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, fostering clear and respectful communication and collaboration. Assist in planning and executing various projects and special initiatives, driven by a proactive approach to problem-solving. Oversee office supplies and manage daily office operations, creating a kind and collaborative work environment. Competencies / Skills Minimum of five years of experience working in a senior executive assistant role supporting C-suite level Ability to organise multiple projects at once and prioritise your work with a detail-oriented focus Demonstrates resilience in the face of sometimes challenging circumstances and high demands Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools High level of professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
