We are seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator to manage administrative duties and create a professional and friendly environment for our patients at our Cork location. The role involves thorough follow-up communication and achieving set targets. Candidates must be flexible and capable of communicating across social channels, email, and phone. The position is 32-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients via phone, messages, and emails, and filling cancellations from our patient priority list.
2. Patient Communication: Managing calls, messages, and email inboxes; delivering excellent customer service; welcoming patients; checking in and out; ensuring patient comfort and addressing concerns.
3. Team Support: Covering absences, supporting flexible annual leave, and occasionally covering other clinic locations with expenses covered.
4. Ordering: Keeping the clinic clean and stocked, completing stock checks, and reporting requirements.
5. Policies: Adhering to safety measures, PPE protocols, GDPR, and team policies.
6. Ad-hoc Duties: Opening and closing the clinic and performing other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Job Details
Following a 6-month probation, the role offers 32-40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
Experience: Over 3 years in customer service; clinic experience and KPI knowledge are advantageous.
Education: Leaving Certificate; Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualifications are a plus.
