With our hands at work across all aspects of health, we use the most advanced development tools, AI, data science and innovative approaches to make the healthcare system work better for everyone.As Associate Director of General Management, you’ll be responsible for working with key business and technical partners to develop industry-leading data solutions that provide insights and analytics that drive efficiency and value to clients.Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage intake, communications and tracking of change activities (internal, Regulatory, Compliance) across Business and Technical FunctionsDevelop process flows and controls to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of change activitiesPartner with key stakeholders regarding change activity impact, risks and issuesLead and coordinate change activity discussion with stakeholders and impacted functionsEnsure compliance to the change/governance process highlighting non-compliance, risks and issues in a timely mannerYou will be rewarded and recognised for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Analysis or a comparable discipline with prior experience in governance and tracking role being advantageousAdvanced analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data with precision and thoroughnessProject management skills and experienceAbility to coordinate across multiple time zones with demanding stakeholdersAbility to contextualize and translate business needs and requirements to a technical audienceAwareness of technology delivery pipelinesPreferred QualificationsProcess Improvement Certification – Lean Six Sigma, etc.Experience in leadership reporting and communicationExperience with project management / Agile development methodologyCloud based technology certificationHealthcare / Pharmacy experienceSoft SkillsCommunication, coordination, and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying change impact to audiences without a technical backgroundAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturityPlease note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
