Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Management Couple for a well established client based in South Kerry.
The main responsibilities for the Management Couple will be to manage a busy Bed and Breakfast and oversee daily operations of the business providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests and customers enjoy their stay at this very popular establishment.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ Years Hospitality Management experience preferably in a hotel or bed and breakfast environment
The ideal couple will have experience in management, accommodation, front of house, reception, preparing and cooking breakfast for residents.
Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills essential for these roles
Assist with the daily operations and duties of the business in all departments
Flexible attitude as role will include mixture of mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Computer literate with experience with online booking systems and ordering stock control
PACKAGE ON OFFER
Competitive Salary (combined salary) of €80,000 – €100,000 dependent on experience
Accommodation can be provided as part of the package if needed
Meals on duty and free parking
Performance based bonus
