Role Description
We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dublin. This full-time on-site role involves providing exceptional customer support and driving sales to enhance client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, offering online support, addressing technical queries, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that align with our commitment to high-quality, impactful branding.
Key Responsibilitities
* Provide excellent administrative support to the sales team.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions
* Support the management of the production process from initial job brief and quotation through to order and delivery
* Liaise with suppliers to negotiate the best procurement rates
* Deliver outstanding customer service and provide high levels of support to our clients
* Contribute to the development of improvements in our overall sales processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
* A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
