Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the
trusted advisor
for our key customers—ensuring a seamless product adoption, and enabling long-term success by ensuring a good relationship with the customer post go live. Reporting directly to the COO, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support to help shape customer journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor product usage and customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn and Own the post-go live relationship with the customers.
* Be proactive, Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the customers.
* Develop strong relationships by understanding customer needs, goals, and challenges to help them achieve maximum value from the product.
* Serve as a voice of the customer to influence product development.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention at all levels.
* Develop success plans, KPIs, and customer business reviews.
* Work closely with the COO to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in Customer Success or a similar role—preferably in SaaS or ERP environments or product environments.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyse customer data and translate insights into actions.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
* Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
* Background in ERP, accounting software, or business management platforms.
* Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
* Understanding or proven track record of managing of SME business workflows and operational challenges.
