**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in engineering leadership, with the ability to positively influence technology teams working on complex problems and enterprise-scale business critical systems.
2. Cloud-native engineering experience, with a strong understanding of modern tech stacks and agile methodologies.
3. Experience with large-scale, business-critical solutions, including modern cloud application architectures and AI-enabled components.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and bring creative solutions to solve complex challenges.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form great working relationships across teams, locations, and time zones.
6. Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in the software development process, with a passion for building solutions that incorporate AI-enabled components.
