Responsibilities
1. Analyze and evaluate business process requirements to solve business problems.
2. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and decomposing high-level information into details.
3. Drive stakeholders on their assumptions of how processes can be improved.
4. Develop formal recommendations/solutions for review by customers.
5. Contribute to Business Change Team Knowledge Management & Best Practices.
Requirements
* Must have several years of experience with insurance or similar industries.
* Knowledge of process mapping required.
* A high level of industry knowledge/experience is essential.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
