Utilising a cluster delivery approach, grouping deliveries by geographical area to reduce delivery time.
Relationship Management
Timely communication with customers, ensuring all queries are answered or directed at the correct department.
Liaising with drivers and warehouse, logistics, and freight departments, to maintain smooth flow of information through the business.
Coordination of special deliveries in exceptional circumstances.
Resolving collection and delivery issues efficiently.
General Administration
Checking in drivers at transport reception for deliveries and collections.
Preparation and storage of paperwork to the highest standard.
Timely record keeping using TMS (Azyra).
Other administrative duties as required.
