Sales Administrator – Remote
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Sales Administrator for our client who specialises in the sales and customer support industry. This is a remote position based in Ireland, offering an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of sales processes.
Responsibilities
1. Accurately process sales orders and update internal CRM systems.
2. Prepare and format quotes, invoices, and other client-facing documents.
3. Organise digital sales folders, timesheets, and essential documentation.
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and document prep.
5. Follow up with customers on orders, documents, and general queries.
6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements
7. 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
12. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to high-quality support.
13. Familiarity with sales documentation and order processing.
14. Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
