Our client is expanding their workforce due to multiple significant projects set to break ground soon and is looking to hire a talented BIM Coordinator.
The Role
This is an opportunity for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join a tight-knit team, working closely with project teams to manage BIM project workloads effectively. You will play a key role in reviewing information exchange within the Federated Model and monitoring the delivery of the information requirements of the EIR.
You will collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure design information is fully coordinated and compliant with BIM standards, developing federated models, managing information exchanges, and supporting clash detection and model validation throughout the design stages.
Required Background
* A relevant degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Engineering or similar
* 4+ years’ experience in the industry
* Revit & Navisworks experience is a must
* Thorough knowledge of CDEs
* Experience in CSA/MEP coordination and executing BEPs in line with ISO 19650 standards.
* Main Contractor experience and site-based processes are highly beneficial
* Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
* Self-driven and willing to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic
