Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering with expertise in project management. As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, managing capital requests and overseeing validation. You will also develop detailed project plans with integrated risk assessments to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate equipment and processes that require novel approaches or major breakthroughs in technology. Your ability to investigate emerging technologies and lead feasibility studies will be essential in assessing functionality and business impact.
