HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition. This position plays a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional employee experience, driving our ED&I agenda, and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will focus on recruiting top talent and business partnering at our organization. This role involves liaising with key stakeholders, people leaders, and employees to assess needs, provide support, and lead the end-to-end recruitment processes, including vetting and reference checking.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
* Drive the ED&I agenda for Talent Acquisition and retention, ensuring the celebration of diversity and embedding an inclusive culture across the business.
* Partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end people services and lead key people processes.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise discretion and work on own initiative. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a HR-related field and/or CIPD qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting role or HR Business Partnering.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing criteria for candidate pools to ensure a diversity of skills and experiences.
* Screening and interviewing candidates, considering development opportunities for internal candidates.
* Leading initiatives such as Graduate, Internship, and Work Placement Programmes.
