We offer:Specialist training unique to Studio 3 Kerry, including:Managing Signs of Distress (CPD accredited)The Art of Integrity – A Rights-Based ApproachThe Reflective Journey (by Professor Andy McDonnell)SSRR – Safety, Stability, Repair and ResilienceWeekly clinical guidance and built in reflective practice with Clinical Psychologists.A supportive and values-led working environment.Flexible schedules.Competitive rates of pay.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Is passionate about personalised support and promoting genuine inclusion.Builds strong, respectful relationships and works collaboratively with service users, families and communities.Is flexible, creative, and responsive in supporting individuals to achieve their goals.Has an interest in wellbeing and lifelong learning.Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. QQI Level 5, Social Care degree, or equivalent).Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: €15.50-€17.00 per hourApplication question(s):Do you have a full clean driving license?Do you have interests in the outdoors and the benefits for our wellbeing?Experience:Social Care: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
