Marketing Account Lead Role Summary

This is a high-profile marketing account lead role that requires strong expertise and experience in event management, senior stakeholder engagement, and campaign/brand execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives from strategy development through to execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives.

* Develop and execute effective marketing plans, including project planning, timeline setting, and end-to-end campaign execution across multiple marketing channels targeting various segments by account, function, and industry.

* Design campaigns and develop relevant assets, including videos, social posts, and blogs, in collaboration with the wider Marketing department or external vendors.
\
* Manage and review progress, ensuring campaign impact is tracked and measured to inform future strategy and drive continuous improvement.
\
* Work closely with key stakeholders to create, lead, and deliver marketing plans that align with business objectives.
\
\
* Strong experience in event management and senior stakeholder engagement.
\
* High-level campaign/brand experience and ability to align activity to drive overarching brand strategy and ambition.
\
* Project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large number of marketing and business development activities and deliver in a complex matrix environment.

* Ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity and use own initiative.
