Supply Chain Customs and Compliance Leader
We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Customs and Compliance Manager to join our team.
This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing master data governance, trade compliance, SKU portfolio optimization, and performance reporting across the supply chain function.
This role ensures the integrity and agility of the supply chain in support of commercial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and manage customs and trade operations.
* Maintain relationships with customs brokers and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with relevant customs codes and trade agreements.
* Stay up-to-date on legislative and regulatory changes.
* Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve compliance issues.
* Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
* Support the company's Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status.
* Lead master data governance across product, supplier, and trade fields.
* Ensure data quality for critical supply chain fields.
* Develop internal controls and validation checks for data quality.
* Drive SKU rationalization efforts.
* Partner with various departments to evaluate and remove obsolete SKUs.
* Ensure supply chain readiness for new product introductions and discontinuations.
* Develop dashboards and reports covering customs performance and trade risk exposure.
Requirements
* Certification in customs compliance or international trade.
* Professional accreditation in supply chain or operations.
