Customer Communications Manager Role This is a high-performing role within our Marketing function, responsible for developing and executing strategies across key marketing channels, including retail, customer communications, consumer PR, social media, and the website. The successful candidate will leverage their skills to optimize customer journeys, drive engagement, and achieve key business objectives across all direct marketing channels and the Three website. This encompasses expertise in CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, CMS, and email marketing platforms, along with a deep understanding of paid media, SEO, CRO, and performance tracking. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate strategy into action.
