Job Title
A key role in our Human Resources department, the HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage day-to-day HR operations.
This involves providing an effective and efficient generalist HR advisory service, aligned with best practice and meeting both company objectives and legal requirements.
The successful candidate will be a credible and proactive member of the HR Team, supporting the implementation of HR policy and procedure.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Safety as a Condition: Ensure that all safety procedures are in place to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
* Employee Experience and Engagement: Develop proactive plans to support employee experience and staff engagement.
* KPI Delivery: Help deliver KPIs, including site absence percentage within target, 30-day retention percentage within target, and site labour turnover within target.

* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Organisational and Administrative Skills: Possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience in HR systems and employment legislation.
* Communication and Relationship Building: Have excellent communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.
* Problem-Solving: Be able to solve problems quickly and practically.
