Job Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen at Samsic for the role of Industrial Operations Supervisor.
This position will involve working with an award-winning industrial cleaning team providing professional services to blue-chip clients.
You will supervise and work alongside operatives to deliver high-quality industrial cleaning services while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and work with a team of industrial operatives to carry out site-specific cleaning tasks as per client specifications and instructions from the Operations Coordinator or designated person, including: Deep cleaning of facilities Carpet cleaning Window cleaning (traditional pole wash) Catering areas deep cleaning Bio-hazard cleaning Working at height External cleaning Pressure washing Report to the Operations Manager and liaise with the Operations Coordinator or designated person for day-to-day work coordination.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards on client sites.
Liaise with clients to confirm the satisfactory completion of work.
Complete all required documentation and daily paperwork.
Ensure all operations staff adhere to work standards, dress code, conduct, and company policies.
Requirements Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full, clean driving licence (essential).
Team player with the ability to supervise a crew of operatives on-site.
Ability to prioritize workload and manage both own and team's time efficiently.
High attention to detail and professional personal presentation.
Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate confidence in decision-making.
Preferred Skills Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial cleaning.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and methods.
