Site Director
A highly skilled Site Director is required to oversee the development of a 190 unit residential project in Cork City.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a new site starting in Spring 2026, although our client is ready to take on a Site Director now, to join another of their sites until this one kicks off.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality residential developments through effective project management
* Lead all works on site, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, site teams, design teams and supply chains to guarantee smooth project delivery
* Monitor and report on project progression
* Identify, mitigate and preemptively manage risks
* Oversee compliance on site, including key health and safety requirements
* Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager to achieve long-term project success
* Foster a productive and safe culture on site
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing apartment block developments
* A relevant degree or trade background
* 5 years of experience as a Site Director
