* Provide remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Enterprise Imaging and Workflow systems.
* Occasional travel to customer sites to participate in system upgrades and provide on-site support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, technical diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
* Strong experience in a software technical support environment.
* Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems.
* Good understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs on a day-to-day basis. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Enterprise Imaging suite of products. Own and drive resolution of issues by leveraging the appropriate channels as required.
