The position of Person In Charge is a vital role that requires the highest standards of support to those who use our care service. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and ensure compliance with relevant Government and Health Service Executive (HSE) policy.
Job Description
* Provide leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
* Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the needs of individuals are met.
* Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in healthcare or social care.
* Relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care, or Level 6 Management qualification (company support available).
* Proven track record of managing residential services meeting quality, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
* Full current driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland, and access to a vehicle.
