We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Support Grade III to join our team in Kerry.
Contract Type: 1-year contract
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €26,606 - €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to Long Service Increments (LSI).
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum
Overview of the Post
To provide a wide range of administration supports to the Children's Disability Network Team and Children's Services Manager.
Overall Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide all necessary administration supports to teams and clinics, including typing of meeting agendas, team minutes and IFSPs, updating Goldmine and service user records, and other administrative tasks as required.
* Support general clinic administration through typing services, including letters, reports, submissions, mailings, memos, agendas, minutes (including attendance at meetings), and other correspondence.
* Transcribe medical tapes into typed documents and handwritten forms into typed reports.
* Assist with the preparation of files under FOI and GDPR regulations.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate
Essential Criteria
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent education.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to adapt to changing technology.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Understanding of the importance of teamwork.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria
* Qualification in administration or similar.
* Experience working in a healthcare setting.
* ECDL or similar qualification.
