Echelon Data Centres operates large-scale data centre infrastructure to meet capacity demands driven by dataverse expansion and AI adoption. Our data centre campuses are designed sustainably, powered responsibly, and invested in renewable power sources.
We seek a proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our team, creating a professional impression as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Echelon DC head office, focusing on background tasks and projects for success.
As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, manage travel arrangements, and assist with ad hoc tasks across various departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Reception: Greet clients and visitors; answer, screen, and direct calls to the business; maintain a high standard of reception area; ensure canteen cleanliness and stock levels; organise catering for meetings and events; deal with post and couriers; manage Access Controls; Vendor liaison.
* Administration: Provide administrative support across the business including assisting with company events, developing and maintaining the company intranet, travelling arrangement assistance, stationery supply management, file and system maintenance, and ad hoc duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential:
o Good working knowledge of MS suite
o Strong interpersonal skills
o Great organisational abilities
o Problem solving
o Able to prioritise competing requests and work on own initiative
* Desirable:
o Experience of Reception/Administration and/or qualification in this area
