We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who is highly technically proficient, an excellent communicator, and has a strong customer orientation. This role is both customer-facing and technical, focusing on delivering and solving customer business requirements.
This leadership role involves liaising with the customer business team, building lasting relationships, and translating their requirements into tangible Datalex assets for delivery.
The role requires establishing internal relationships with stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. The candidate should confidently advise project teams and customers on high-level design and product enhancements, with commercial awareness and sound judgment.
Additionally, the role involves promoting the Datalex Stellex platform alongside Product Managers and Customer Architects.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Customer-facing experience required
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to produce high-quality customer-facing documentation
* Skill in translating high-level business requirements into detailed specifications
* Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel periodically to Datalex offices and customer sites
* Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a drive for improvement
* Experience operating within multi-location teams, both onsite and remote
* Knowledge of the Airline industry
* Experience in E-Commerce or high transaction volume/cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
What you’ll be working on:
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Participating in on-site workshops with clients
* Promoting the Datalex Stellex platform and its capabilities
* Contributing to the customer roadmap collaboratively
* Documenting all business requirements in detail
* Advising and leading the implementation team during development
* Identifying new product enhancements and informing Product Management
* Driving Continuous Improvement activities
