The Operations Management role is a pivotal position that oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of production, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This involves ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality products on time, while maintaining flexibility and cost-efficiency to meet seasonal demand patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Management: Oversee daily production schedules, line efficiency, and quality KPIs, manage team leaders and line operators, and lead development of supervisory talent and frontline leadership capacity.
* Planning & Supply Management: Lead integrated demand and supply planning in alignment with Sales and Production teams, translate seasonal sales forecasts into production plans, inventory targets, and procurement actions.
* Warehouse & Logistics: Own inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse layout, and stock accuracy, ensure compliance with safety, storage, and traceability standards, oversee dispatch planning and alignment with customer delivery expectations.
This role requires strong planning, scheduling, and stock management skills, as well as the ability to introduce or scale operational processes and systems. A proven track record of leading organizational change and living the values of the organization is also essential.
