About the Role
The Design Delivery team in Cork requires an administrator on a 3-month contract with potential extension. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating procurement processes for materials and engineering services
* Completing templates and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
* Maintaining documentation and planning future material needs
* Facilitating meetings and managing procurement requests
* Assisting with spend analysis, tender processes, and tracker development
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* At least 1 year of administrative experience in contract or procurement management
* A strong understanding of the material equipment sourcing process
* Excellent coordination skills and ability to organise activities
* Strong motivation and initiative, both individually and as part of a team
* Excellent administrative skills and experience using MS Office
* Working knowledge of SharePoint system is advantageous
