Solicitor - Commercial Contracts and Litigation
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing advice on regulatory matters, and advising on litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to NDAs, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements etc.
* Providing advices on certain regulatory matters for the insurance business.
* Advising on litigation matters and providing employment law advices.
* Provision of legal advices on commercial strategy, including drafting/ reviewing commercial agreements.
