Michael O’Reilly Solicitors is a busy and growing general practice based in Clonmel, Tipperary. They are currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor (preferred) or an experienced Legal Executive to join their team.
While this role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, we are also open to a Legal Executive with strong practical experience who is capable of managing files independently from start to finish.
Role
Manage a caseload in family law and conveyancing
Attend District and Circuit Court (for solicitors)
Handle files from instruction through to completion
Provide clear, practical advice to clients
Work closely with the principal on active matters
Ideal Candidate
Solicitor with 3+ years’ post qualification experience preferred, or
Legal Executive with proven experience running files independently from start to finish
Strong experience in family law and conveyancing (essential)
Confident in managing their own workload with minimal supervision
Excellent client manner and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
A can‑do attitude with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of practice
