You provide clarity and a keep a constant eye on the time and budget while helping everyone on your team to do their very best work so that you together can ensure there are no watermelons: green on the outside…As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects within the Supply Chain vertical of the IT organisation structure. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time and in budget, using both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, for scheduling and resource planning within the project and you will work closely with Product owners (both within IT and in the business). You will be responsible for projects from initiation to delivery and through to the handover to BAU/operations.As part of your role, you will also engage closely with the broader Musgrave Change and project management community and the IT Change Management Office (CMO).We are looking for you to join the IT Supply Chain & Re-order team. The team provide Project Management, Business change delivery and operational services to our 'One' Musgrave Logistics Function.Your activities in this role will include the following:Working directly with our internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery using waterfall or agile delivery methodologies as appropriateApply knowledge and experience to projects to produce high quality, value-add outputs and deliverablesFacilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, solving problems through collaboration and teamworkDevelopment and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, backlogs status reports, RAID logs etc., dependent on delivery methodologyIdentification and management of risks, issues and dependenciesSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholdersEnsure that business change management requirements are assessed, planned, managed and communicated throughout the project LifecyleLead and facilitate meetings, workshops and team eventsStakeholder management and senior leadership reportingDefine and recognize project Key Performance IndicatorsSupport long-term planning activitiesBecome a key contributing member of the Musgrave project management communityWork with the CMO Team to evolve delivery methodologies and build excellence in change managementKey RelationshipsHead of IT Supply Chain & Re-orderIT Supply Chain Product OwnersSenior IT and Business Unit stakeholdersProduct Owner's Delivery TeamsThird Party Vendors -as appropriate to projectHead of IT PMOCMO Team, including project managers and Portfolio Analyst(s)What We Are Looking ForIT Orientated DegreeProject management qualification (PMP, Prince 2 etc.) and/or Agile qualification, SAFe, ICAgile, Agile PM etc.)3+ years in project/program management rolesProven track record in project delivery and exceeding customer expectationsProven track record delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience in guiding projects of varying sizes from ideation to delivery and benefits realisation across all lifecycle phasesExperience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to maintain project timeline and delivery confidence.Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of customers as well as senior management and internal technical staffStrong teamwork and leadership skills, an ability to create, communicate and support a common vision and directionExcellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to confidently prioritise task & guide teamsAbility to build and foster strong, trusted working relationshipsWhat Is Nice To HaveBusiness Change ManagementLean Six SigmaScrum Master experienceHands on Agile team experienceProject portfolio managementSupply Chain Knowledge – Strong understanding of replenishment and end-to-end supply chain operationsProven ability to lead and embed organisational change.Keen interest in the business environment, development in agile, change management thinking etc.What we Offer or Why Musgrave:Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a passionate team, where your contributions will make a significant impactInnovation Focus: Be part of a company that values forward-thinking solutionsCommunity Focus: Be part of a company that truly values its communities and strives to make a positive impact.Be Part of a Legacy: Join a company with a long-standing commitment to community and innovation.Ready to make an impact?
