Executive Search Consultant - International Operations HRM Search Partners is a leading global Executive Search organisation headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
As part of our continued international growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint an Executive Search Consultantto join our International Operations team, based at our Dublin HQ.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director - International Operations, this role represents a unique opportunity to join the organisation at an early stage of what is a significant international expansion journey across our global target markets.

S, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and the Nordic markets to name a few, this position is ideally suited to an experienced recruitment professional who is motivated by growth, enjoys operating in a consultative environment, and wants to build a long-term career within a leading Executive Search organisation.
A willingness and ability to travel to our international markets to meet customers is an essential component of this position.
Responsibilities Support and deliver end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior and leadership roles across international markets.
Partner closely with the Managing Director - International Operations on the execution and growth of international client mandates.
Develop deep client relationships by understanding business strategy, organisational design, and leadership requirements.
Drive business growth by expanding your network, identifying new opportunities and positioning yourself as a leader in executive search.
Contribute to the development of new client relationships and long-term international accounts.
In collaboration with our internal Research Team, conduct detailed market analysis, and manage targeted headhunting activities per project across multiple geographies.
Manage comprehensive candidate assessment processes, ensuring alignment on technical capability, leadership competency, and cultural fit.
Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout confidential and career-defining search processes.
Represent HRM Search Partners professionally in international markets, building brand awareness and credibility over time.
Experience & Background Proven experience within permanent recruitment, ideally in Executive Search or a consultancy business delivering senior-level or retained solutions.
Strong commercial awareness with an ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Proven capability in sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates through proactive and research-led approaches.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
International recruitment experience is not required - training and exposure will be provided.
