Store Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced leader to manage our store's daily operations and drive sales performance.
* Manage inventory, maintain high levels of customer service, and lead a team of retail professionals.
* Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the team, ensuring they meet business objectives.
* Develop effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the customer shopping experience.
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation when preparing food and coffee products for customers.
* Clean and maintain the store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Identify and generate sales leads for our fuel card program.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
* IT literacy and a strong understanding of retail systems.
