Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for aData Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, creating reports and dashboards, and using statistical methods to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in data. The Data Analyst will also be tasked with ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while contributing to the continuous improvement of data management and analysis processes.QualificationsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or RStrong understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modelingExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI ) to create clear and impactful reports and dashboardsAbility to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and uncover key trends and patternsExperience with database management and data extraction from multiple sources, ensuring high data qualityStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrityExcellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise mannerFamiliarity with ETL processes and data integration tools is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role is a plus
