Vendor Management Analyst - 6-month FTC

We are seeking an analytical, detail-driven Vendor Management Analyst to join a growing Procurement & Vendor Operations function. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support vendor onboarding, maintain accurate supplier records within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment, and help ensure efficient, compliant payment processes.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, an effective communicator, and enjoys building strong working relationships across teams. This position plays a key role in supplier due diligence, data validation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with suppliers to collect and validate required onboarding documentation, including banking details, tax forms, and corporate information
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records within ERP and vendor management tools to support timely and accurate payments
* Partner with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, operations) to resolve vendor setup, data, and payment-related issues
* Support end-to-end vendor onboarding activities and ongoing supplier data maintenance
* Contribute to the development and refinement of standardised vendor onboarding and governance processes
* Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, data quality, and process improvement opportunities
* Act as a subject matter resource for vendor data management and procure-to-pay workflows
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or related operational roles
* Strong understanding of procure-to-pay and/or accounts payable processes, particularly payment execution
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, and drive tasks through to completion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities
* Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to work with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, evolving, and occasionally ambiguous environments
* Demonstrated ability to balance operational efficiency with a high level of service delivery
* Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners
